How do you use or insert items from Repository.

Click on the Upload tab, enter your title, description and browse to find your file. Once you've done that, click Upload and your file will be uploaded. Your file will be reviewed by us and then made available to the public.

If you meant how to use them in PokerTracker after downloading, this is what to do;

For Reports, go to the Reports tab in PT3 and click the "Import" button in the down left corner of the window, find the file you downloaded and import it.
For Statistics, go to Customize->Configure statistics and go to the "Statistics" tab and click the "Import" button in the down right corner of this window.

It's probably a good idea to link to the documentation in the repository, which outlines the import/export process..
