I did a stats comparison to check PT3 Beta 2 against what I had in PT2. This is for all my PS hands. This is what I found:

Hands, VPIP, VP4 in SB, amount won, bb/100 won, went to sd%, won $ at Sd, pfrs, AFs, Total rake are all identical

Folded SB to steal, Folded BB to steal, Attempt to steal are all off. (I think this has been covered already).

The Number of sessions are different. I submitted a ticket with screen shot.

I did not find stats for Won$ when saw flop, winning sessions, avg pot, AP, ASF

Yes, the steal stats will be fixed.

The missing stats will be added, so check for them later.

Ah, just noticed you are using PokerStars stats - mine are from Party.

Stats are mostly correct now for me, though there are still a couple of minor differences for which I've submitted tickets.

One stat that is still very different from PT2 is the AF.
Would you expect this to be the same, or is it a changed calculation?
I assume the AF on the Player Statistics is the Total AF?

Aggression Factor should be the same. AF = Total Aggression Factor.

Totals, 1.20 in PT2; 1.86 in PT3.
Every level is incorrect.

If I can narrow it down I'll create a ticket, however I can't see the AF anywhere other than the 'General' tab so it will have to be a bit of a guessing game with filters I suppose.

Make sure that pre-flop aggression is not being included in your PT2 calculation. Click "More Details" in the General PT2 tab and uncheck the option to include pre-flop in the AF calculation.

My Party AF factors are off a little compared to PT2, but by less than a tenth in most cases. I will try to track this down when I track down the hands causing the differences in amount won.

I've found a hand which creates a difference, I'll submit a ticket.
