how to change hud or use different huds for hu and 10max

I need to import profile to default ?
I can't find in pt3 where I can select profile that works now

Once you change the profile at a table use the same menu to "set current profile as default for table type". The next time you open a table of the same size it will use that profile. If you do this at both sizes of table you can specify different default profiles.
