Hud on BlueSquare (iPoker network)

Currently playing on bluesquare poker (part of iPoker) Was playing in a cash game and hud works fines. Joined an MTT and the hud is not working, hands are still importing fine though, just cant get the hud to come up.

Any ideas?

If you haven't already, please try beta 12 as this should be fixed.

Im using build 2! Why would i want to go back to a beta version?

Beta 12 is an update on Build 2, which fixes some of the problems in Build2.
It is to be tested before Build 3 is released, so only update if you have a problem with Build 2. One of the fixes is for tournaments at iPoker.

hmmmm. Do you know that every time u change table on iPoker it enters in in poker tracker as a different tournament. Also i have to close and re-open PT to get the hud back

This was a problem in PAH too, it's because (from memory, something like) the tournament info is not included in the hand history file so when a new table/file starts PT has no way of knowing it is from the same tournament (and I think the table is re-used so the HUD doesn't realise it needs to use the new file).
Please attach the complete hand history file(s) from a single tournament to the Support system and link to this thread, so we can see if it is possible.

Took a break from online poker, ive come back with the latest Poker Tracker and there is still this issue with when i change table on iPoker it i have 2 restart PT to get hud up and it enters it as a new tourney screwing up my winnings stats and stuff. Has any1 got a fix for this yet?

This will be fixed in the next beta, due out within a few days.

Ah cheers mate, in the mean time is there a way to delete 1 of the tournaments? Cant seem to find a way how, so it doesnt screw up my winnings graphs and stuff.
