Somehow my own player was duplicated, how do I merge the 2?

OK, thanks for the update.
If you have tournament results entered then I would suggest waiting for selective purge.
Meanwhile, please zip/compress and attach the hand histories for the hands which have imported incorrectly to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

Well, there have been 4 duplicates created of my own player in the meantime, all by beta 15. :(

I have uploaded one HH as an example to support.

Thanks, but one hand won't really show anything - we will need a hand from each of the separate instances of your player, otherwise it will just look like one hand imported for one player.

Have you got a registered version of PT3?
Try creating a new test database and import some hands from each of these duplicate players and see if the same thing happens.

Sorry, no, I'm using the trial until the bugs have been ironed out a bit more :(

I'll see if I can isolate the HH's using some database queries. It's impossible to do from the GUI now they have been merged. Any chance you can pitch me the queries to do this? :) (not that I can't figure that one out myself, I'm just naturally lazy)

Ah, you've created aliases for each of them, have you?
I don't know the queries you need, sorry.
I would unalias and use the hands tab for each player.
However, I'm not convinced it's going to be anything to do with the specific hands...
