I have config ps to write hh but I dont get any hands after the auto import, other sites where I played sich as Ipoerk does work without any problems...

Ps can one pay with the neteller globewallet/mastercard

Are you on Vista? Are you running Pokerstars as Administrator?
Is pokerstars actually writing hand history files?
Is the auto import reporting that hands are being imported?

Yes I have vista
Yes pokerstars is running als adminstrator
Yes it does write and save all the hh

I got this now but now hands are shown after ''importing'', no stats, nothing

Is pokerstars installed in English?

No in dutch( the netherlands)

That will be it - it needs to be installed in English or PT3 can't understand it.

Omg we are making some progress :D . Now it does ineed import the hands im currently playing but not those from the last two weeks? Any suggestion?


Hud is not displaying , saying it cant ccommunicate with the server and crashes regularly. This shuold be fixed when I run the software as administrator. So I did you to prepertyes. advanceced opties and clicked the run as adm. But it seems that is not proccessed the right way or something. Couse the it keeps repeating itself over and over again

Your hands from the last 2 weeks won't be in English, so you won't be able to import them unless you can request them from the poker site by email?

Get Beta 15 (if you haven't already) and enable 'enhance HUD performance' on HUD Options.
Download and install PT3.
