Hud - Pokerstars - ain't working on sit & go

Hello,

I have the same problem.
Same software version.
Same configuration.

OK , then Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

That shouldn't make any difference, but try disabling it again and see if it still works.

but where can I find the files "PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log "
on the log directory,there are only text files

That's explained in the 'enable logging' link - they are in the main PT3 folder.

I've found the bug.

If a configure pokerstars playing language in french (i'am in France) then the HUD
in Sit and Go does not works.

If i select playing language "english" then the HUD works very well.

it works when you play in english
anyway, it is abug that need to be resolved I think (even if it is not a priority)
