Try rebooting your computer, then redownloading and reinstalling PT3. It looks like something became corrupt somewhere.

I done this and it seemed to solve the problem. Then a while later I refreshed a page and it happened again. I shut PT down and rebooted it and its ok again....just seems to still have problems and is unstable...

Another thing, I have PT3 setup to import hands from IPoker skins as well as FTP, but it only seems to import and show the HUD once i've sat at the table. Unlike FTP where it starts as soon as the tables are opened. Am I not able to datamine and get the stats before I sit down or what?

No, iPoker does not write hand history files for observed tables, so to do this you would need a 3rd party datamining application.

For your main problem, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

FFS this is your answer to everything! You telling me you havn't had enough people submit you logs of this problem?! You knew about the HUD and freezing problems, and said this new release should fix it, then just ask for people to do the same crap. You must have enough log files for every problem going. There's no way each case is different.

Last time I sent a ticket I received a message back saying it must be my hard drive and consider changing it. But I have had no problem at all running any of the hundreds of other programs on my system, strange that....

Your problem sounds different to the others - if it works for a while and then stops again then it's an inconsistant problem which may be caused by a fault on your system or an error in PT3, but we can't just guess what is causing the problem..

It doesn't sound that different. Getting that error message, but the HUD disappearing and the program freezing is happening to loads of people. It also goes tits up when you have more than a few tables open...

Suppose I'll send it if it keeps up.....whens the next release out..?

Another thing I need to know is can you have the HUD setup different for different sites? All that im trying to change is the position of the stats on the tables, so when I either play on FT or ipoker the stats are over the right players. Every time I configure the ipoker HUD it changes the FT HUD, and vice versa??

I don't have an ETA for you at the moment, but keep an eye on the Development Timeline.

The positions of the stats are saved separately at each site and table size. After you move them around, make sure you PT-icon -> Save Layout.

Thats what I thought, as when you configure it says ipoker 10max / FT 9max etc. But that is not the case, I configure and save layout on a site, which works while I have both sites running, (as it doesn't change the layout on the other sites tables), then as soon as I shut down the programs and restart them for a new session all the tables on both sites are set to the last setting i configured on whatever site??

What version of PT3 are you using? (not that this should be an issue - this has been working for a long time).

Please enable logging and reproduce the problem.
e.g.
Open a single table from site1 with no other tables open.
Change position of one of your stat groups and save layout.
Open a table from site2. If that loads with the new layout then close everything down and send us the logs.
If not, close down PT3 and take a copy of the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them, call it logs1.zip).
Start up PT3 again and open a table from site2. Again, if you get the problem, close down and create a new zip (logs2.zip) of the 2 log files.

Attach the zip files to a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Im using the latest version, beta 18.

I suppose there is nothing you can just tell me to try, as this is another software problem rather than configuration?!

When I get time i'll try to work it out and spend yet more time sending another ticket

No, I don't know what to suggest other than just setting up the simplest case possible (as I listed above) and seeing if you still get the problem.
