Error Displaying Hands In the Tournaments Tab

Maybe it' s too much to ask, but can someone make this easy? I can't find a "configure this report" button anywhere, and in the configure HUD stats I don't see RFI being added anywhere on the right side box... :roll:

For the reports in the main application, you configure them by clicking the little spanner/wrench icon to the right of the report.
In the HUD, you need to use the Groups tab to choose each of your groups in turn and use the Stats tab to check for RFI in every group.

I am having the same problem. I used the little wrench thing and it did fix it. The main issue is RFI% is a vital stat for the way I play. Please fix it as quickly as possible. A hotfix or something is fine. This is more important than things like CCPF. Thanks. :roll:

PokerTracker 3 beta 18 still shows the same issue. Resolution (removing the RFI stats) work as before.

Please enable logging and reproduce the error and attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log to a support request. This behavior is not universal; I just checked and RFI works fine for me in Beta 18.

Make sure PT3 shows "Beta 18" in the title bar.

You are correct indeed. Re-enabling the RFI stats did not produce any error. I don't know what happened here.

Hi.

I had exactly the same problem as raised here and the instructions solved it so thx for that.

But my problem is that I only have 70 hands showing, all from one tournament on 19th September. I cannot get the other tournaments that I have played in (all same site, same username), to appear even a game I played just last night.

Anyone got any ideas?

Click the "Clear" button up in the top right corner of the window. You may have a filter enabled that's preventing your info from showing.
