No word back on importing issues...

Postby slikrik » Sun Aug 03, 2008 6:18 pm

When is the tournament summary/cash game issue going to be addressed? I sent files to reproduce it, as a matter of fact at least one other person has sent files relating to this according to another thread...

No the import process is combining tournament summaries with cash game hands. Not even in a "correct" manner. my cash game totals were showing way off, such as a 21k hand in a 1/2 game...

The reason to why you hadn't heard back was because the ticket was waiting for your reply with some additional information. I have moved it up to development now though but development has quite a few tickets and fixing and responding to all of them doesn't happen at once.

Well I replied and sent additional files. I also verified that it will reproduce the issue if they run them.

There are quite a few issues under investigation and development so you won't always get a personal response straight away.
