error upon importing from txt ile

trying to import hands from a text file since the pstars issue of not saving hand historythis is what i got

What version of PT3 are you using? Build 2 or Beta 15?
Did you get this file emailed to you from pokerstars?
Make sure that the structure of the file is correct - sometimes you can get line breaks in the wrong place or incorrect characters included.
If you can't work it out, please attach the file to the Support system , and link to this thread.
