problems with pokertracker 3

hello,

I am new to pokertracker 3 and have been experiencing a few diffuculties. I recently installed it and ordered it and have been playing around with it. My pokertracker is recieving all the hand history and is displaying the hud perfectly but is not saving in my database. It doesnt show any history of me playing when I go to cash game or tournament, and there are no players in the listed for players played against. Could anyone help me out?

Have you clicked 'Refresh'? Stats in the main reports won't update with every hand imported, you need to refresh them.
Alternatively, did you set up any new databases? Are you importing into the current active database?
