PT3 start up?

I have just downloaded pt3 and am planning on doing the free trial before i buy, the problem is when i try to start pt3 i get the message that a version of pt is already running when it is not. I have tried reinstalling but get the same message, any ideas?

Go to Task Manager / Processes and look for pokertracker.exe - End it.
Sometimes applications can be running but not show up in the Applications list.
