New to PT, Having Some Troubles

Hi all,

I just purchased PokerTracker 3 yesterday and I am having a little trouble working it. I tried searching for some kind of video tutorial but did not find anything that could help.

I have not ever used any version of PokerTracker so I am really new to this. Anyways, I finally figured out how to auto-import my HH on PokerStars and it seems like the HH is importing. Also, the HUD comes up everytime I sit at a table, but the stats refresh everytime and they start from scratch (the HUD start recording stats from 0 hands instead of keeping data from past tables).

I also cannot get the Holdem tab to work. All the fields are blank and I cannot see any players stats or search for them. I clicked on Settings and tried to search for my screen name and nothing comes up so I cannot configure my player name.

Any help is much appreciated !!

Your own stats will only ever be for the current session/table - this is by design, and is intended to show your current table image.
Other players' stats should be 'lifetime'.

On the Texas Holdem tab you need to click 'Refresh' after you import.
