Once again NO stars HUD

its working just fine on ftp. i am playing both sites at the moment and no hands are being imported from stars. ftp is working fine. i have the most recent version of pt3, and have not changed any configurations, seems like it just wants to work when it feels like it. super frustrating

how do i fix this?

hmmm ok.. and that changed nothing. so whats the issue here?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.
