Need help!

got the hands coming through and have the hud on with the stats but cannot use the texas holdem part on it, do you know why i cant enter usernames or why it wont let me search

Can you see any players on the main texas holdem tabs? Have you clicked 'Refresh'?

there are no players on the texas holdem tabs, i have refreshed and its still the same.

Please check that you have no filters set - click 'Clear'.

Are you importing into the current active database?
Top right of the auto import window there is a databases section where you can specify which databases to import to.
(If you are running as a trial then you will only be able to have one database, so this doesn't apply)

ok its working now thanks, but can i only see the stats for players that i have played against, also can i not see there historry of profit. 1 more thing i cant get the auto rate icons up, it says its not been aplied yet

You will only see stats for players at tables you have imported. Are you talking about tournaments? You won't get stats on players at the other tables because you don't have hand histories for those tables.

See the Tournaments FAQ for why you don't see profits.

No, auto-rate icons aren't fully implemented yet.
