PT3 crash

PT3 crashed so I rebooted.

On opening up PT3 it is now non-functional.

The message in the cash games panel is:
Unable to execute query: SELECT id_player, id_site etc etc

I had built up some data and it would be a pity to lose it by installing.

Please advise.
