Hey is it possibel to have both running PT2 with PAhus and PT3, i want to use PT2 with PAhud to ongame, and others with PT3?

Yes, they are completely separate so you can run them together.
Just make sure that if you import the same hands into both, you only have one of them moving the processed files.
