PT3 HUD PROBLEM

Postby def78901 » Sun Aug 10, 2008 9:02 pm

For some strange reason I will play like 200 hands with a guy, and it will only import at the most 100 of our hands. I mostly play heads up so more hands are being played but that still shouldnt matter, the program should work how it is supposed too. Also it takes forever to refresh the hud and sometimes it doesnt start importing at all. If anyone could shed some light on what the problem is and how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam

What version of PT3 are you using?
What site?
In the auto import window, are you seeing any errors? How many hands does it report as imported?

I assumed that I had the latest version of pt3, it quit working a while ago and i had to download and update, did that so unless there was another one i didnt know about it should be up to date. it says 0 hands 0 errors and over 2000 duplicates and it is still counting. I think that i have about 60,000 hands imported of me but i have no idea how many are observed probablly about 200k. also in the log it is saying some stuff about a warning.
2008/08/11 04:41:54: Full Tilt: Warning: Encountered cancelled hand history. (Hand #7554713006)
2008/08/11 04:41:56: Full Tilt: Warning: Unrecognized game type: Pot Limit Omaha Hi
not sure why it would be trying to import those types of hands i havent played plo in a very long time. thanks again for the help,
Adam

It tells you the version number in the title bar - is it Build 2 or Beta 15, etc?

Follow the second point in the PT3 Importing FAQ to make sure you have everything imported, and then moved away from your HH folder.
If you have a lot of old files in there, auto import has to read them every time and it will really slow things down.
