wont load either databases

im getting an error message saying unable to load database reason server closed the connection unexpectedly this probably meansthe server terminated abnormally before or while proceccessimg the request. Does this mean I cant get into my datbases and I have to start new ones.

Im using beta 15 at the moment

It probably means postgres isn't running.
Try Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Start Service.
If that doesn't work, try running a search on your computer for postmaster.pid and then deleting that file, then restarting the service and see if that helps.
Note that you may need to turn on 'View hidden files and folders', and the file seems to be in the folder './Program Files/postgresql/<version>/data'
