PostgreSQL

I down loaded the PT3 version without PostgreSQL and when I try to start it up it make me give information like server, port, database user, and password for a PostgreSQL. I have no idea what any of this means and this is why i downloaded the non PostgreSQL version. Help me I am lost

You NEED to install postgres for PT3 to work, so the first time you install you must download PT3 WITH postgres.

I did this as well, but it says the password isnt complex enough!? I have got 4 days off and would really like PT3 to be working so I can play my A-game!
