HUD: Does not display numbers

Hello

I play 4 tables of .01/.02 9max NL on Stars. I have one new database.

Problems

The hud recognizes the table and displays all 0's. The problem is the numbers never change. It stays at one hand.

If I start my tables before my PT it won't recognize the tables.

Sometimes it never saves my hands from my session.

Today I started the log files. I opened 4 tables and did one lap. I will attatch them if you start a ticket.

I have gone through many frequent problems and solutions.


Please help, I can't figure out whats happening.

Are the hands importing OK?

I went through all the FAQ couldn't find anything new to try. I think something is wrong with mine. Should I send you the files I made?

Yes, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.
