Error when converting from PT2 tp PT3

Postby benthj » Fri Aug 15, 2008 10:23 am

Jude made a conversion from PT2 to PT3. All hands except a few got transferred, but the win/loss amounts are way off what they should be. Number of hands, VPIP and all other numbers I have checked seems fine, so what do I do?

Also, how do I rename sessions to 6max, 1-on-1 and the like in PT3, as it has taken most in as full ring games?

Please see screenshots below:

Try comparing some individual sessions, see if you can see where the differences come from - there must be something pretty major going on because the values are very different.

You can't yet rename sessions to 6max - this will be added soon, see the Development Timeline.

I'll go through some sessions. Most of this is Ongame, but will check it and return. I did an export from PT2 and imported all hands in PT3, but the result was the same as with the conversion.

Seems like it just some hands that make the problem. In the hand below I win 640USD but in PT3 it says I lose 616 probably due to only giving me 1USD from the pot, as can be seen in the screenshot.

OK, please attach the original hand history file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Yes, it may be the original - please save it in a file and attach it to the support system as linked above so that it doesn't get missed.
Thanks.
