I've finally snapped. I'm in a three week poker hiatus. If PT3 isn't sorted by the time I start playing again then I guess I've already lost the purchase price, whatever, i'll buy the competition. I'll keep an eye on this forum, if it ever calms down I may revisit PT3, until then I figure why bother. Why the hell did PT3 development happen without PokerTracker Pat anyway? loyalty to his incredible support for PT2 was the only reason I (and many others) bought this product, and the only reason I game some leeway to the pos releases I've had to deal wth - if only it had been publicised earlier that he wasn't PT3 lead...

I've submitted a whole pile of bug reports and log files, probably wasted 10+ hours uninstalling/re-installing/re-importing/bug-isolating etc. And lost upwards of ten buy-ins due to PT3 freezes. Over it. Yes, I read the disclaimer - i'm not asking for re-imbursement. Beyond caring really, and definitely beyond wasting any more time trying to assist with resolving the myriad PT3 bugs when I can simply buy a decent product that does the same thing.

Anyway, this particular bug (I have encountered loads recently - but i can't be bothered submitting them all, why would I?) how does this hand come up under the filter open-limped?!? I don't see a sb steal to 3xbb as an open limp - do you?!? frightening thing is that I'm placing some faith on the player profiling I'm doing based on hands retrieved by using PT3 filters, and stats gained from the reports tab of PT3, but I am now starting to have limited faith in them.
