PT3 Does not show stats

Hi

All of sudden my pt3 do not show stats from tables, i have tried to reinstall PT3 and framework3.
It does autoimport hands from tables, and in settings i have minimum req 1 hand to show but it wont.

What site are you playing on? Are the client and hand history language settings set to English? Also, what version are you running? I'd advice downloading Beta 15 which is available below Build 2 on our Download Page.

If none of the above helps, please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file and PokerTrackerHUD.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a Support Ticket.

hey! i have a problem now.. my pokertracker dont show any player anymore..??? only my cashgame list is empty? i see players when i press tournament?
when i press settings and MY screen name search it finds 1000s of players so its obvius they are still here, but maybe i have pressed something wrong?? under [General] [Hands] [Sessions] [Positions] and so on... it sais: and sites: EVP AND sites: EVP And Sites IPN And Sites ps, ptu ftp ... i never seen that one before??? thats why it dont work??
plz help me fast:P its a got damn good product:P

Sounds like you have some filters set. Click the "clear" button in the upper right and then the "refresh" button.

I replied to your ticket, you're using Build 2. Please try Beta 15 instead which is available further down on the Download Page.
