PT3 color ranges not saving settings??

I am running PT3 Beta 15 and I have been trying to customize VP$IP, PFR and Total AF color ranges.
I set them up how I like and they work for that session, but once I shut down PT3 and start again, all my color range settings are back to the defaults.

Is this, yet another bug in this software?

HEM is starting to look like a better solution all the time.

What is the refund policies on PT3?
I think I have had enough...

Are you using the Hud interface (PT Icon -> Configure Stats) or the Tracker interface (Configure -> Configure Stats)? If you are using the Hud interface, you need to remember to save your changes after applying them (PT Icon -> Save). If you are using the Tracker interface, you need to not only save the stat after making the change, but also apply your overall changes.

Thanks for the quick response time!

I am changing the color range from within PT3, Not the HUD.

Configure->Configure Hud-> Configure Hud - Tournament

I choose VP$IP color ranges->Add, I make my colors selection and such and only choices are -Apply- or -Close-, I choose -Apply-.

There is no -Save-

It works for this session while PT3 is still open, but once I quit PT3 and restart it, all my changes are gone, I have to go back and do it all again.

I'm running Vista on a laptop and have Admin rights to modify PT3 system folders. I even went into the PT3 main folder and can modify/add any file in there, so it's not a permission problem. I even have PT3 running as Admin.

Any other ideas?

This is strange. I just tried to reproduce this in XP and on Vista and was unable to. Do you have UAC running in Vista? If you have it running, try temporarily disabling it.

If you make your change, apply your changes, then immediately restart PT3, are your changes still gone? After making your changes, check the timestamp on the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Layouts.pt3 file to see if it was actually saved.
