HUD not staying on top of Card Room Window

Hi guys,

Purchased PT3 some months ago, what an awesome product. It has certainly helped me develop in leaps and bounds as a player.

To date I have only had one issue and a minor one at that. I tried searching through the forums but were unable to locate any similar posts. For that fact I am not sure if it is an issue or something silly I am doing.

I have PT3 installed on both my main PC and my laptop and the the issue is common to both.

The site I play on is Titan Poker (6max NL cash game).

My preference is to have the HUD positioned directly under each player(i.e on top of the card room window). This is easy enough to do, however as soon as I click on the Room Window (i.e; continue with the game). the HUD drops behind the room window. I then have to click on a portion of the HUD that is not covered by the room window to bring it back.

To date i have not worried about it to much as I have positioned all of my HUD to appear directly below the room window.

I also attempted to recreate the error via a different site to see if it was site specific. After logging on to FTP I repeated the process and had no issues with the HUD always remaining on top of the card room window.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something silly to cause this issue.

My main PC runs a 22" LCD screen at 1680x1050. My laptop runs at 1024x768

BTW - I have yet to apply the latest patch. I am currently on Beta 15 but will apply Beta 16 tonight to see if he issue is still there.

Any advice or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, please try Beta 16 and let us know if the problem persists.

Hi Guys,

I have some good new and some bad news.

Good news is the HUD now DO stay on top of the card room window.

Bad news is so far only 2 of them have appeared. I made sure I played 1/2 dozen hands on a full 6Max Cash Table but the remaining HUD did not appear.

I then tried dragging one of the visible HUD around my screen.

Approx 2 inches below the card Room (located on the LHS of my screen the HUD appeared to disappear behind something even though there is nothing there. I will try and capture a screen shot shortly for you.

I will also give it a go on my laptop to see if can recreate the problem there (Latest patch has also been applied)

Worst case scenario how hard would it be to revert back to Beta 15 in the short term?

This is not a bug, but a side-effect of the new drawing method. See my response here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=11009&p=51382

As for your problem with only two tables getting stats, please enable logging (Config -> Options -> Logging), reproduce the problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and mention which tables did have stats and which ones didn't.

Thanks heaps Josh. Your fix suggestion above fixed both my problems. Previously all of my HUD were below the window and as aresult they were being blanked out due to the new drawing method.

I can now have some fun with custom HUD layouts.

BTW - Tried doing a quick search but did not find anything.

I am looking for some customised HUD layout suggestions. If you have such a thing could you please point me in the right direction.

I can't thank you guys enough for fixing the HUD display issue with Titan cash tables. It has made a huge difference :)
