beta 16: can not save filters

I have a problem with beta 16: I can not save filters in the Filters dialog. Did this work in former versions?

It's working for me..
Did you type a name in the 'Description' box?

Bizarre: works for me now while it did not work this morning. I will observe this and report again if it reappears.
