Import troubles

For some reason PT3 stopped working many many weeks ago, and I was so unhappy with the product anyway that I didn't bother trying to fix it. Now I'm pretty curious to check my stats, so I want to get everything up and running again. I made no changes at all, neither for PT3 or for the whole system, so it stopped working for absolutely no reason that I can think of. I get this error message for every hand I try to import. Help please?
