HUD & importing problems

Hello,

i'm a pt2 user, yesterday i installed the trial version of pt3.

Here is my problem:
After i have configured pt3 properly i launched "auto import".
PT3 loads my hand history file of the table i'm currently paying on but stops here: pt3 seems to not processing the HH file.
The number of hand stay at 0, it never increase (while i'm playing poker). When i click on the "texas holdem" TAB everything is empty, i tried to "refresh" > doesnt work.
The HUD isn't working too.

I tried everything but i cant figured out where is the problem.
I'm on XP and using the lastest PT3 version (trial).

When you say latest version, do you mean Beta 16?
Have you tried any other tables?
If you always get this behaviour, then Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I have pt v3.00 build 2 trial
i tried many tables since yesterday but always 0.1/0.2, i wanted to configure pt3 cheaply. Do i have to try at "higher" stakes?

i'll do what you said about "enable logging" etc...

Please try Beta 16 - it has several fixes and improvements over Build 2.
Download and install PT3.

Usually the problem when PT3 locates a file but then doesn't import any hands from it is that you have the language set to something other than English.

problem solved, i had to change pokerstars language to english.
