Can't upgrade to Beta 16

Hi,

I am using the trial version. I did not uninstall beta 15, and i tried to install beta 16 over it, as the instructions suggest. It didn't work and the in HELP/ABOUT, it says i'm still running 15.

What else do I need to do? Please tell me it doesn't require another full uninstall and reinstall.

When trying to install, I did get windows erros that I said "ignore" to... here is the error

You need to stop PT3 before installing.
If you have stopped it, check Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del) / Processes tab and end any PokerTracker process.
Then try the install again.

I made a mistake by uninstalling PT 3. Now, impossible to execute the same version file. What's the solution ?

Re-run the installer and you should be fine.
What exactly is the problem?
