No HUD Showing

I DL/ed Beta 16 and HUD would not show up while playing, I did all the housekeeping, still no HUD, every time I tried to stop import or HUD it would lock up and I would have to CTRL ALT DEL close it. Then after a few tries, it started working, and the HUD showed up.

This morning, I start it up, and no HUD. Nothing is wrong with the importing or database, and I get no error messages. No change after doing another housekeeping. Any ideas?

P.S. I also turned off all observed importing just because I noticed it may have been causing problems.

What site are you playing on? Have you been able to use the HUD in previous releases without issues? Are you running your poker client in English language? Please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file and PokerTrackerHUD.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a Support Ticket.

Hi, I also hv the problem sometimes with the beta 16 on stars and if its working it doesnt recongnize new tables :x ...its really annoying

next problem: it slows down my computer extremely after the update...can u please up the beta 15 again!!!

hmm, just restarted and did one table just to log, but before i enabled logging, and now the HUD is working fine for that one table. Other times I would quickly open up 9 tables and thats when the HUD would not come up. Maybe its related.

Have you done the housekeeping option?
Are you playing cash or tournaments?
When you say it doesn't recognize new tables, is this after you join and play at a new table, or just observed tables?
