Trouble importing hands from iPoker

Hello,

When I try to import datamined iPoker hands (I use EyePoker to datamine), I get the following error messages: ´iPoker: Error: No winner found in hand #1143614119 (Hand #1143614119)´ and ´iPoker: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #1143601597 (Hand #1143601597)´ Can someone help me out please? Thanks in advance.

Those messages mean that there is a problem with the structure of the hand history file.
Please attach the hand history files to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Are these cash or tournament hands?

Thanks for the help. I now know what I did wrong (I didn´t put all chat options on and this is necessary to get the full hand history). I checked it and it is now working fine. Thanks again.
