My stats are missing and HUD stats are not at the correct pl

Postby jmflu » Mon Sep 01, 2008 5:06 am

On the HUD my stats have never really shown up consistently and now out of nowhere peoples stats are in front of the wrong persons avatar on stars etc and having problems I never had before, what can I do to fix these stats and show up on the right player?

I also would like to figure why my stats barely ever show up

If you're not already, try Beta 16.

Are you using Preferred Seating at Stars? Have you configured it to match in PT3? (auto import, PokerStars Configuration tab)
Are you using Vista? Are you running both PT3 and PS as Administrator?

Have you done the housekeeping stuff?

Well updating the cache fixed other peoples stats but mine have almost never shown up even though my group says show for all players at the table.

So like I said, other peoples stats or fine but mine are still missing at 8 out of my 10 tables open right now.

Try with a single table to start with, and see if you get hero stats, then slowly increase the number and see when they begin to not appear (if that makes sense).

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on as few tables as possible and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Note which table your stats are missing from, and provide a screenshot if possible.
Thanks.

was just 16 tabling sngs and when I got down to 3 handed my hero stats seemed to start showing up at each table but not before. What is the best way to help support fix this? Enable logging single tabling and wait for it to kick in 3 handed?

Yes, enable logging and then restart PT3.
Play a single SNG and note the times when your stats appear or don't appear.
After the tournament, stop PT3 and then send your log files before restarting PT3 or the files will be overwritten.
