Stats for Cash Games missing

Hi there,

I play on Titan (iPoker) SNG's and Cash Games. While nearly everything worked fine foe the first days with Beta 16 version, now my stats for the Cash Games are gone!
When the filters are off, no names are displayed in the left colom of the players. Additionally my screen name is not displayed, but I have entered it before.
Now I switch the Filters to 'on' and enter my screen name. Afterwards the player names are displayed in the left colom and my name is in the headline, but none of my sessions appear.

All settings should be the same as in the last login to PokerTracker, and it worked fine!

I also tried the 'Housekeeping' function for my database, but no different result.
For tourneys everything is still OK.

Do you have any suggestions?

I don't understand what you mean here.
You can't filter by player name.

Click the 'clear' button top right, then click 'refresh'.
You should now see all the players in the list on the left (if that list isn't visible, click the 'Show' button top left alongside Find/Mine/Last/Show).

OK. The 'Clear - Refresh' Workaround solved the problem. Before I used only the 'refresh' button, which did not bring the desired result.

Now my Cash statistics are fone again.

What are you trying to do?

If you are clicking the "Filters" button, make sure you don't set filters which will rule out all hands. (e.g. if you set soemthing like 'folded flop' AND 'saw turn' you won't get any hands, and hence the Player List will be empty.
