pt3.00 16 trial??

I have been using PT3 lately beta 15. Yesterday I had 24 days left on my trial, and I get this pop up window that says download beta 16 and among other things I get a 60 day trial extension. Today I downloaded it, I get a message that my trial has ended. Not only do I not get an extension but I lose the last 24 days?

For the record, I purchased the old version of pokertracker 3 times and I was planning on purchasing this version after the trial ended... whats the deal here, is that the end of the trial?

I just emailed my brother (who sold me this laptop about 5 weeks ago) and he told me he actually installed PT3 about 3 months ago. I installed it myself 5 weeks ago and got 60 day trial. Perhaps that's got something to do with it? Still it was at 24 days yesterday, and I was hoping for the 23 more days :( Just getting back into the game. If I don't get the 23 days, then you have a bug I think.

I just downloaded the fix for pokerstars hand history problem and the trial went back to 60 days. You seemed to have fixed the problem without trying. Disregard this post.

I am going to go buy it now, I am impressed with the speed that you fixed the ps problem. I used to be a software developer and to get a problem identified, fixed, and fix implemented so fast is amazing. I am sold. I dont need the trial anymore :)

Hi, did you actually see numbers on your trial version? I'm unable to get my trial version to record any hands. It stays at 0. Thanks for your help. I wanted to try a working version before I purchased this.

You have a different problem - this is nothing to do with running it as a trial.
Have you read the Quick Start Guide and site-specific guides in the Documentation ?
