PokerTracker

I had Poker Tracker 2 a year two ago and just downloaded poker tracker 3. I only have the trial verion presently so I don't know if that is what is causing the problem. When I play on stars it will start auto importing the hand histories and the Poker HUD will work fine for a little bit. After 15 or so hands it will stop importing hand histories. Poker Tracker worked fine for the first 1,500 hands and then this problem started happening. Is this because I am operating on the trial version or is there some other problem?

I have a similiar problem....I start the auto inport and the program indicates it is ready to start importing for full tilt and poker stars....when I start a tournament it seems to try to download one hand then stops altogether. No hands are imported and the stats don't register that I played a tournament.

I haven't made any configuration changes, but I had signed on and started auto-import and decided to play omaha ring at the last minute, but forgot to turnoff the pokertracker for hold-em. Since then, I haven't been able to import and there is an error message on the auto-inport screen that says it doesn't recognize the omaha hands.

What should I do ?

Pokerstars recently changed their hand histories and you need Beta 17.
The HH folder may also be different, so make sure they are still being written and that PT3 is configured to import from the correct folder.

If you're still getting the problem, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
