not importing hands for pokerstars

Whenever I attempt to import hands with the new poker tracker it only imports observed hands. Once i start playing at the table it stops importing hands and none of my hands are recorded in my stats. Also, my HUD won't adjust to my preferred seat. I don't really know exactly who to contact for these specific problems, but any help anyone can provide would be very much appreciated.

You need to update to Beta 17 since the recent pokerstars update.
Download and install PT3.

Also, it seems that the update has caused the folder where hand histories are being written to change, so make sure that they are still being written and PT3 is configured to look in the correct place.
