Importing HEM hands

Hi there,

I just exported my HEM database to files. A decent number have come out in a format PT3 does not seem to recognize though. Zip with the two formats: http://rapidshare.com/files/142829465/HH.zip.html

As you can see if you open them, file 68 looks standard and imports fine. 69 is the problem.

I copy/pasted 69 into wordpad and it made it look like 68. I then save as a txt file and thought I had cracked it but it still said unrecognized.

Any advice on what I can do? It seems I cant get my full db into PT3 otherwise.

PT3 is beta 17 trial version.


On a side note, whats the reason why I often get a message in the forum here saying I cannot use search at this time and that I must wait? Sorry if this question is a reports but I got this search problem a number of times. Usually when trying to go to the next page of a search.

I can't access that file - please attach it to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

There is a restriction on how often you can search, although I thought the problem with moving to the 2nd page of a search had been fixed - I haven't had that problem for quite a while..

OK sent. Is there still a backlog of tickets? Trial is only 60 days you know :D
