hud problem after stars update

my hud doesnt work after the last poker stars update. what should i do? on other pokersites the hud works fine.

Running beta 17 and my hud is not working for PS. No error messages, hands seem to be importing fine. I have tried multiple PS themes, no help.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Thanks for the quick reply. I sat down at a micro cash table to reproduce the problem and generate a log and low and behold, the HUD was working. The HUD is not working for WCOOP 1 (NLHE 6 max tourney). I will do as you instructed.

Thanks - it may be something specific to do with that [type of] tournament, since it's 'special'.
