HUD does not initiate for observed tables

PS: Pokerstars
Before the switch to beta 17 my hud would appear on all tables and begin importing hands, now the HUD will only appear after I have joined a table and only on those tables that I am playing at. I have the boxed checked in the configuration to import observed hands but I get nothing. I have PS set to track instant hand history to a folder on my c drive however when I look in that folder there is no data. Is anyone else having this same problem? Is this just a PS issue? Any info would be helpful.

PS only allows us to import 30 hands per session across all tables, not 30 hands per table as was originally thought. PS doesn't write hand histories for observed tables.

That's strange because before the switch I was able to pull up 3 or 4 tables on PS and and begin import and the PT HUD would initiate and begin tracking stats on those tables while I made coffe. Then I could come back and see the VP IP and such for my table selection. Now I don't have that option. Not sure how I was able to do this before...

As I said, it USED to import 30 hands per table, now it only does 30 across all tables.
Aren't you getting ANY hands imported?
Do you still have the 'memory scanner' option enabled on the auto import / pokerstars configuration tab?

AHHH.. the memory scanner was not checked. I'll run it now and see how it works... so 30 hands per session huh? That doesn't seem like very much info at all...guess I'll be switching poker sites from now on. Does full Tilt have a limit and imported hands? Thanks for the help.

This limit is imposed by Pokerstars - their policy is that datamining is not allowed, and this 30 hands per session is their concession to trackers.
Full Tilt writes HH files for observed tables, and does not limit how many can be imported.
