HUD crashes every time!

I know latest stars update messed something up. I downloaded beta 17 and HUD started. However....it completely freezes my computer after 10 minutes or so. Locks up. need to shut down PT and stars and pray I get back on in time.

Also get error when looking at hand history - Unable to load Query. reason. Unable to load Query. Unknown token encountered.

Any way to instal an older stable version? Something that works?

Followed instructions to reinstall etc and configure the HUD RFI but still crashes. Using Vista and never had any issues other than my stats always disappearing.

Time frame on any kind of fix here?

Other people are using Beta 17 although I realise there are a few problems with it. You can always re-install an older version, but if you're playing at Stars that's the only version that will import correctly.

It would help us get this fixed if you could enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

My Hud is freezing up as well. It seems to happen when the trny ends or I get moved to a new table. I have submitted all logging reports for analysis. In the mean time, I minimize all windows and mouse click on the Hud boxes. Windows prompts me to close or wait for program to respond. I close just the hud.exe and PT3 beta 17 continues to import and a new hud kicks in.
