No Showing STats

Today i start to play like everydays and the policy of the numbers as change alone. SO i start playing by chaging my view of the stats and when i close all tables and start a new a session a couple hours after . nothing show.. like my stats are not showing but the mucking card is showing...can you help me to set it up please. ty

What version of PT3 are you using?
What site are you playing at?
Are you saying that no stats appear? But they worked previously? And you didn't change the HUD config?

Is it still not working after rebooting?

i have PT3 for Vista ..VERSION 3.00 build 2
im playing on PartyPoker.
PT3 doing very well before it happen like this for no matter.
I try to reboot too but nothing change.
I was playing at the morning everythings fine and in the afternoon... i see all stats was bigger like someone as change carathers or policiy of stats but no one touch my computer im alone in my house. And after i saw that i just go in CONFIGURE HUD CASH GAME to replace it like in past and after this nothing runnniong well. HUD shows mucking cards but no stats anymore.

I think you will need to reset your layouts file.
With PT3 stopped, rename the file
c:\program files\pokertracker 3\data\layouts.pt3
to something else, so that when you start PT3 it will recreate the default layout for you.

This issue has been fixed, and you would be well advised to install Beta 16 from this link, as there have been several fixes and improvements since Build 2.

Ah, if you are playing at PokerStars you need Beta 17 which was released to deal with the change in pokerstars hand history.
Download and install PT3.
Beta 17 release notes.
