Sng summaries not imported

Guys, I'm starting to get crazy... I have to import twice the pokerstars sng summaries because pokertracker recognize some lost sng as won sng. In fact I had a strange graph much different from sharkscope, anyways seems to be ok now. But we can't check all the hands and sng, we can't check if PT3 have imported the well...guys c'mon

If you re-import the same summary file does it update the information? Does it get it wrong at first import and right at second import?

The first time, I selected manual import and then the main directory (where my hh are stored) and this won't worked. Next time, the second one, I selected a sub directory where the summaries are stored and then works

Are the summaries reported as imporing in the first/auto import?

yes, infact when I reimported them PT3 said that they are all duplicates, and this is so strange. The first time i click on refresh button several times, to make sure the stats are update, but some sng result were incorrect

When imports are reported as duplicates, nothing is being imported, so the first import must have worked - there must be some refreshing issue.
Can you please reproduce this in a simple case - i.e. restart PT3 then play one SNG and import it, and repeat the import of the summary as you have been doing.

Then send your log file and hand history files via the support system.
