stats no longer appearing on screen

it works with full tilt but not with pokerstars. i had pt3 build 2 and i tried to upgrade to 16 and the upload was not completed, but i forget the error message. ever since then the stats dont appear for pokerstars as far as hud. im using the trial version.

then i tried upgrading to 17 and it didnt go through either. then i downloaded build 2 again and it is still not working. im running vista.

I am also having the same problem. PT3 isn't able to import Stars hand histories. Just started last week.

You need Beta 17.
Please make sure PT3 is not running when you run the installer.
If it says it can't run, open Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del) and on the Processes tab find pokertracker.exe and End it, then install again.

thanks. it workded. ive missed pt3 the last week or so, cause when i multi table tournaments i have a hard time noticing whos been active or tight so i really like having the hud stats to give me an idea. thanks again
