PT HUD - BUG POKERSTARS

Postby hydra2k » Wed Sep 10, 2008 6:11 pm

Hello,

I think that I found a bug in the HUD on PokerStars ... see the following problem:

Scenario:
PokerStars language in english
PokerStars hand logs in english.

When you are playing some S&G with the table title: " Tournament 193847392 Table 1 - No Limit Hold'em - Blinds $75/$150"
Now .. if you see the PokerTracker.log you can see the following error

2008/09/10 23:29:41.500: [00009156][PostgresConnection (Error)] Unable to execute query: INSERT INTO holdem_limit VALUES (5, '$1+$0.20 Hold'em No Limit NL', 0.00, 0.00, true, 2);; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: syntax error at or near "em" LINE 1: ...NSERT INTO holdem_limit VALUES (5, '$1+$0.20 Hold'em No Limi... ^ )

The problem is that the DataBase can't read the title of the Table due in the name is the " ' " symbol and it's interpretated such as a separator cell.

For this reason the torunaments from PokerStars are not inserted in my database and I can't see the HUD in the table.

Please, could you confir me if you have some fix ?

Thank you very much

Do you mean the ' in Hold'em? That shouldn't be a problem.

Are you using Beta 17, which is needed after the recent pokerstars software update?
Download and install PT3.
Beta 17 release notes.

If so, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Include the hand history file for the session.
Thanks.
