Pstars import/hud problem

I've been using pt3 with success with full tilt for a while now but when i switched to poker stars all i get for every hand is

PokerStars: Error: Invalid hand history line then is says game # limit time date


So the HUD doesn't work either i can't figure out the problem

tried storing HH in dif folder and stuff can't figure out problem any help plz

You need to get Beta 17 after the recent PS software update.
Download and install PT3.

I have beta 17. I am unable to import new hands. I have converted my old data and am even unable to get hud to appear with old stats.

If hands aren't importing, the HUD won't appear.
Are you playing at Pokerstars?
Make sure that stars is still configured to write hand histories, and that PT3 is configured to import from the correct folder (stars seems to have changed where they write HH).

Whats the correct folder?

Save my hands history is checked. Language is english.

The correct folder is whichever one pokerstars is configured to write the files too.
The default is C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\ as it says in the docs, although I understand that after the recent pokerstars update they are being written to an extra subfolder that wasn't being used before.
Just look in your PS config and then browse to the folder and see if the files are being created, then configure PT3 to look in the correct folder.
