Problems Importing Hands...

Hi guys,

I am new to this program, so I apologize in advance if this is particularly asinine question. I just recently installed PokerTracker 3, and registered and what have you. Now, I am ready to start using it. However, whenever I try to import my hands from PokerStars, all I get is a long list of error messages in the Import Status window, and ultimately, no hands are being imported. Over and over again, the line in the box just says "Invalid hand history line" and then it lists the PokerStars table I was at, the stakes and then the time.

Please someone help me out with this problem so I can start using the software ASAP.

PS updated their software again and changed the hand history format so you will need to get Beta 17.
Download and install PT3.
