saving HH and importing HH

I noticed Pokerstars was not saving my hand history to a folder. I emailed them and they said vista users cant save hand history to program files. So i changed my folder to a desktop folder. I started playing again and it started saving my hand history to the folder. However when i tried to import the hands on PT3 it seems to throw away my hands into the Recycle Bin. It shows this message when I try to import them.

Anyone have this problem?

Also i tried to redownload PT3 with Beta 17 and it says i must end the user agreement before i can download again.

I have found most of my hand history in the processed file under the poker tracker folder. This is the message i am getting when i try to import from the processed file.

Do you have beta 17 installed? If its build 2 you have, then this is your problem because build 2 is not aware of the new format for hand histories from pokerstars. Please download beta 17 WITHOUT postgresql from here (PT3 downloads). Once downloaded, make sure that pt3 is not running, then run the installer. This will upgrade your copy of pt3 and this (in turn) will import hand histories correctly.
