Cannot purchase pokertracker.

Hello, I tried to purchase pokertracker today with my mastercard through the paypal link where you dont have to be a member and I recieved an error saying "You cannot use your creditcard for this purchase please use bankaccount". What gives? Theres no option to use bankaccount for echeck on that screen either any ideas? Also I dont have an account with paypal and really dont wanna have one because I have heard negative things about them. Is there any other options maybe I could send you guys the money via FullTilt? Also is there a technical support number I can call to make this easier. If theres any other way I can quickly use my cc or echeck let me know.
